Return & Refund Policy

At SyncedTech, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

When We Will Help You

We will offer a replacement or full refund in the following situations:

  • Damaged on arrival — Your item arrives visibly damaged or broken
  • Defective product — Your item does not function as described
  • Wrong item received — You received a different product from what you ordered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ali@moloo.net with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo or video showing the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Eligible Claims

We are unable to process claims for:

  • Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Items without supporting photo or video evidence
